    Audia is a welcoming Manager whose door is always open to the Realtors that are associated with the East Regional Office of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services Inc. I knew nothing about real estate sales a mere two years ago and now I feel pretty comfortable with the training that has been offered through our regional office as well as the corporate office. The knowledge that I have come away with is awesome. Audia can take a complicated situation and break it down into examples that make sense to each of us and that is invaluable. The rhetoric of real estate is like no other and until you can understand the "lingo" and how it works within transactions you are swimming in a very large pool and drowning. Audia makes it easy to grasp. I wouldn't change my happenstance for anything. I love where I am and who I am associated with on a daily basis.     "I joined Coldwell Banker because of their global presence and for the top notch marketing they offer my clients. Also, the ongoing education they offer is vital to keeping current with ever changing regulations. Audia is a wonderful manager. She keeps us up to date with email alerts and also during our weekly sales meetings. I don't know how other offices work, but everyone here is always helpful and supportive.
